11 Hadith

خَيْرُكُمْ خَيْرُكُمْ لِأَهْلِهِ، وَأَنَا خَيْرُكُمْ لِأَهْلِي

The best of you are those who are best to their families, and I am the best of you to my family.

AishaSunan al-Tirmidhi

الْجَنَّةُ تَحْتَ أَقْدَامِ الْأُمَّهَاتِ

Paradise lies at the feet of mothers.

Muawiyah ibn JahimaSunan al-Nasai

لَنْ يُجْزِيَ وَلَدٌ وَالِدَهُ إِلَّا أَنْ يَجِدَهُ مَمْلُوكًا فَيَشْتَرِيَهُ فَيُعْتِقَهُ

A child cannot repay his parent unless he finds him enslaved and then buys him and sets him free.

Abu HurairahSahih Muslim

مَنْ أَحَبَّ أَنْ يُبْسَطَ لَهُ فِي رِزْقِهِ، وَيُنْسَأَ لَهُ فِي أَثَرِهِ، فَلْيَصِلْ رَحِمَهُ

Whoever would like his provision to be increased and his life to be extended, let him maintain the ties of kinship.

Anas ibn MalikSahih Bukhari & Muslim

خَيْرُكُمْ خَيْرُكُمْ لِأَهْلِهِ وَأَنَا خَيْرُكُمْ لِأَهْلِي

The best of you are those who are best to their families, and I am the best among you to my family.

إِنَّ مِنْ أَكْمَلِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ إِيمَانًا أَحْسَنُهُمْ خُلُقًا وَأَلْطَفُهُمْ بِأَهْلِهِ

The most perfect in faith among the believers are those with the best character and those who are kindest to their families.

رِضَا الرَّبِّ فِي رِضَا الْوَالِدِ وَسَخَطُ الرَّبِّ فِي سَخَطِ الْوَالِدِ

The pleasure of the Lord is in the pleasure of the parent, and the anger of the Lord is in the anger of the parent.

Abdullah ibn AmrSunan al-Tirmidhi

خَيْرُكُمْ خَيْرُكُمْ لِأَهْلِهِ، وَأَنَا خَيْرُكُمْ لِأَهْلِي

The best of you is the best to his family, and I am the best among you to my family.

أَفْضَلُ دِينَارٍ يُنْفِقُهُ الرَّجُلُ: دِينَارٌ يُنْفِقُهُ عَلَى عِيَالِهِ

The best dinar a man spends is the dinar he spends on his family.

Abu HurairahSahih Muslim
