When Seeing Someone in Distress
الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي عَافَانِي مِمَّا ابْتَلَاكَ بِهِ، وَفَضَّلَنِي عَلَى كَثِيرٍ مِمَّنْ خَلَقَ تَفْضِيلًا
Transliteration
Al-ḥamdu lillāhi lladhī ʿāfānī mimmā btālāka bih, wa faḍḍalanī ʿalā kathīrin mimman khalaqa tafḍīlā
Translation
Praise is to Allah who has saved me from that which He has afflicted you with and preferred me over much of His creation.
