When Praising Someone
اللَّهُمَّ لَا تُؤَاخِذْهُ بِمَا يَقُولُونَ، وَاغْفِرْ لَهُ مَا لَا يَعْلَمُونَ، وَاجْعَلْهُ خَيْرًا مِمَّا يَظُنُّونَ
Transliteration
Allāhumma lā tuʾākhidhhu bimā yaqūlūn, wa ghfir lahu mā lā yaʿlamūn, wa jʿalhu khayran mimmā yaẓunnūn
Translation
O Allah, do not hold him accountable for what they say, forgive him for what they do not know, and make him better than what they think.
